Join us at Myo Fraser for a community run!
This month, we’re proud to partner with the Wirth Foundation in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. This event is by donation, with all proceeds going towards supporting low-income individuals accessing their first therapy session
We will have a QR code at the event, which you can scan to make donations!
We kick things off at 7:00pm with a guided group warm-up - simple, effective movements to prep your body for the run ahead. From there, we head out for our classic 5K Fraser loop: a steady, social pace.
Along the way, you’ll learn 4–6 strength exercises tailored for runners - focused on building resilience, improving efficiency, and helping you stay ahead of injury. You’ll leave with a take-home handout so you can keep the momentum going between runs.
We wrap things up the way every good run should -together. Post-run, we head to Earnest Ice Cream for a well-earned treat.
