​James is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ethos, the AI-powered platform that makes expert intelligence machine-readable, connecting people to opportunities across market research, expert calls, fractional roles, and full-time positions. Since launching, Ethos has onboarded 35,000+ experts weekly and is serving hedge funds, private equity firms, leading AI labs, and enterprise consultancies.

​Anish Acharya (General Partner, a16z)
​Anish is an entrepreneur and general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where he focuses on consumer investing, including AI-native products and companies that will help usher in a new era of abundance. He first joined the firm in 2019 and currently serves on the boards of Clutch, Deel, HappyRobot, Mosaic and Titan, to name a few.
​Prior to joining a16z, Anish founded and sold two consumer companies (Snowball and SocialDeck), successfully navigating multiple technology platform shifts.
