All event registrations and payments made through ECTA are 

Once a registration has been completed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, including in cases of cancellation, non-attendance, change of plans, or inability to attend the event.

In the event that ECTA cancels an event, registered participants will be informed of the applicable arrangements.

By registering for an ECTA event, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Get ready for a classic Brussels social night! Every week, on Thursday, 

brings together students, young professionals and people from all around Brussels

 for an evening of drinks, conversations, networking and dancing! Ready to experience your first (of many) nights like this? ✨

 — it’ll help you spot fellow trainees throughout the evening and make it easier to connect with people you might not have met yet.

 with you by WhatsApp on the day! Take it with you during the evening, find people who match the different prompts and tick off as many boxes as you can while getting to know your fellow trainees. The first winners get a prize :)
