NYC: "Soup for the Soul" Dinner: The Second Baby Shift
Let your partner handle bedtime; tonight is for you.
Slip into your coziest sweats, throw your hair in a messy bun, and come exhale with us for a nourishing night on the Upper East Side.
This month’s Soup for the Soul is devoted to women in the second baby shift, those preparing to expand from one to two, and those already mothering both.
Our March host and Mysha mom, Steph Stephenson, is pregnant with her second, and we’re intentionally gathering moms who are:
✨ Pregnant with baby number two
✨ Newly postpartum with their second
✨ Or already mothering two and willing to share what they’ve learned
Because the second baby isn’t just “more of the same.”
It’s a new dynamic. A new identity stretch. A different kind of tired. And often, a quieter set of fears.
Join us for Soup for the Soul, an intimate evening at a beautiful private residence, lovingly catered by our friends at Splendid Spoon. Together, we’ll gather around over warm soup and thoughtful conversation, we’ll talk about what actually shifts the second time around:
✨ Managing the emotional load of two
✨ Easing the guilt around your firstborn
✨ Navigating partnership, logistics, and identity
✨ What’s easier. What’s harder. What no one says out loud
The evening includes an intentional, Mysha-style circle designed to help you ground, reflect, and refill your cup, one delicious spoonful at a time.
Our gatherings are intentionally small to protect the experience. If you cancel within 72 hours or don’t attend, a no-show fee equal to the ticket price will apply so we can honor the space for everyone.
