​This gentle 60-min class designed for you and your baby (4 weeks – crawling), followed by tea, cookies, and time to connect with other new mamas.

​About the Class:

​Baby and Me yoga is an hour-long, interactive vinyasa yoga class designed to rebuild and restore strength often lost during pregnancy.

​We take into consideration the anatomical and physiological changes you experienced during pregnancy and mindfully focus on those areas so that you feel stronger and more balanced.

The PYC Method, our 3-prong approach, fosters community, interweaves childbirth education and uses yoga asana and functional strength training to support an easier birth and smoother recovery.
