Brussels Events Community Christmas Bash

​Do you feel alone in your event role? Would you like to end your year by meeting fellow Brussels professionals and having a bit of fun?

​Then look no further!

​We're bringing you our very first Christmas bash! Come join us for an end-of-year gathering to simply mingle, exchange, and possibly vent about all the events you still have to deliver by Christmas! No learning or work, just getting to know one another in a relaxed atmosphere.

​We'll be hosted by the beautiful Hoxton Brussels and will be joined by some of their partners and clients.

​Programme (subject to change):

​18:30-19:15 - Arrivals & welcome drinks and bites

​19:15-19:35 - Welcome by BEC co-leads & The Hoxton Brussels; presentation of a community platform

​19:35-19:55 - Voluntary tour of the venue

​19:35-20:30 - Drinks, networking & socialising games

​And who are we?

​Brussels Events Community (BEC) was set up in September 2026 to bring together Brussels and Belgian event professionals, working across associations, EU bubble organisations, event agencies, event venues, or as independent freelance consultants. This group aims to improve the state of the events industry in Brussels/Belgium and raise the value of the event organiser profession. This group is also a safe space for sharing best practices and tips, learning, and recommending venues, suppliers and tools.
