Yoga & Picnic at Canbury Gardens

​Join us for a beautiful morning of yoga, community and sunshine (hopefully) at Canbury Gardens in Kingston upon Thames. We will meet at 9:50am by the Bandstand (Canbury Secret Cafe area)

​We'll explore a mindful 60 min Vinyasa flow that balances movement with moments of stillness.

​The morning continues with a relaxed picnic. Bring a snack and a drink, or simply yourself. There is a lovely cafe nearby for those who wish to get a drink/coffee on the day.

​Bring along:
🌼 A yoga mat or a beach towel
💧 Water
🧺 Something tasty for the picnic (optional, but encouraged!)
☀️ An open mind (and maybe sunscreen!)

​Tickets are donation based.

​Spaces are limited, book in advance!
