

Coffee & Lift #1
When I first started strength training, I was intimidated, confused, and nowhere near consistent. I kept thinking it would be easier if I just had other women around me going through the same thing. So I'm starting exactly that — for women who want to be more serious about their strength training, get extra accountability and a community of women.
I am hosting the first Coffee & Lift: Grab a coffee, take a walk, then hit the gym together.
What this is
We meet in front of a cafe, walk for about 40 minutes, and end at a gym nearby. Want to train after? Great, work on your own program or buddy up with someone. Prefer to just do the walk and grab a coffee? Also great. What's important is that you are surrounded by other women who are interested in getting stronger!

Joining the gym session after the walk? If you have membership to Holmes Place Gendamenmarkt (Urban Sports Club also works) that's awesome. Otherwise, no worries, Holmes place is currently offering free trial passes for which you can sign up here.
We also got one free trial pass already, so the first person to sign up without a membership will claim that one.
