Health Benefits Basics for Nonprofits
Nonprofit leaders are often responsible for employee health benefits decisions without any formal training in insurance or HR. On September 15, Big Change Consulting will present Health Benefits Basics for Nonprofits, a free virtual training designed for nonprofit leaders in the Cleveland area who need to make informed benefits decisions without becoming insurance experts. Participants will learn the fundamentals of employee health insurance and how benefits decisions affect an organization's ability to attract and retain great staff.
Funded by the Greater Cleveland Funders Collaborative, this 90-minute session is practical and grounded in real nonprofit scenarios. No insurance or HR background is required. It is designed to help leaders build confidence navigating benefits decisions while building the literacy their organizations depend on.
