This breakfast roundtable is designed for open, practical and peer-to-peer discussion. Together, we’ll explore how AI is changing talent acquisition, and what TA teams need to be ready for 2027 and beyond. We’ll discuss candidate experience, recruiter skills, hiring manager involvement, team readiness and the future role of human judgement in hiring.

About the hosts
Anna Carlsson is a Nordic HR Tech analyst and advisor who helps organisations turn AI ambition into practical adoption across both the technology and people side of the shift. She is the founder of HR Digi and host of The HR Digi Podcast, and has worked at the intersection of HR, technology and strategy since 2012. Renita is also an international speaker and trainer, regularly sharing her expertise on talent acquisition, employer branding and the future of recruitment.
