This breakfast roundtable is designed for open, practical and peer-to-peer discussion. Together, we’ll explore how AI is changing talent acquisition, and what TA teams need to be ready for 2027 and beyond. We’ll discuss candidate experience, recruiter skills, hiring manager involvement, team readiness and the future role of human judgement in hiring.

About the hosts
Anna Carlsson is a Nordic HR Tech analyst and advisor who helps organisations turn AI ambition into practical adoption across both the technology and people side of the shift. She is the founder of HR Digi and host of The HR Digi Podcast, and has worked at the intersection of HR, technology and strategy since 2012. Anna advises both HR organisations and HR Tech vendors across the Nordics, regularly moderates and speaks at Nordic and international HR Tech events, and was named a Top 100 Global HR Tech Influencer by HR Executive in 2024 and 2025.
Renita Käsper is a talent acquisition and market expansion leader with close to 20 years of experience across agency recruitment, in-house leadership roles, global technology companies and HR community building. She has built and led recruitment teams across multiple countries and supported hiring across EMEA and APAC, giving her first-hand experience of what changes when recruitment moves beyond one market. Renita is also an international speaker and trainer, regularly sharing her expertise on talent acquisition, employer branding and the future of recruitment.
