• ​6:30pm: Doors open. We encourage you to arrive early to enjoy your welcome bite and drink in addition to mingling

• ​7pm: Dinner begins. We ask for all guests to arrive no later than 7pm due to the nature of the courses

• ​9:00pm: Dinner ends with optional Friday eve shenanigans
