Revealing the Diamond Leader
Embodied leadership: removal before practice.
Leaders come to me (Helen, our facilitator) saying:
‘I get it intellectually, but I can’t do it’, or
‘I know how I want to be, but I can’t live it’.
They’ve learnt, and developed, and practiced, and been coached – but it’s not landing in the body.
Or they’ve picked up meditation or embodiment practices and never been able to maintain them. Getting frustrated with themselves that they’ve fallen off the wagon – again!
I saw it as a consultant coach too. I’d go into businesses, facilitate brilliant sessions where leaders would connect with their best leadership self, or to the team they wanted to create. They would make declarations and commitments…but they wouldn’t last.
And of course I saw it in my experience too. I knew the ‘right’ way to be. But I wasn’t living it.
What was getting in the way?
After a deep 7-year exploration, in early 2024, I discovered the answer for me, and my clients.
In this meeting I’m going to share that with you, so we can have a conversation, and you can discover if it’s an answer for you too.
