kinship: Better nights, Brighter days // Sunday 28 Jun
Sleep is one of the biggest challenges new parents face — and one of the least well supported. This workshop cuts through the noise and the conflicting advice to give you real, evidence-based guidance you can trust.
Led by Diane — a qualified nurse, former Programme Lead in Child Health, and certified Sleep Practitioner trained at Southampton University Hospital — you'll leave with a genuine understanding of how your baby sleeps, what they need, and how to gently build rhythms that work for your whole family.
We'll cover:
🌙 Understanding your baby's sleep cycles and cues
🛏️ Creating a safe, calming sleep environment
🌿 Building gentle routines that suit your baby and your life
💛 Supportive strategies so the whole family can rest
This isn't about sleep training or rigid schedules. It's about giving you the knowledge and confidence to trust your own instincts.
Food, drinks and good company included — because you shouldn't have to figure this out alone.
Support the parent. Trust the way. 🤍
