Actors, filmmakers, and creative professionals—take a breath and reset with us. Join Actor Empowerment Summit, Film Girlz Brunch, and Actors Federal Credit Union for an afternoon dedicated to connection, community, and wellness in honor of World Mental Health Day.

Unwind with fellow creatives, enjoy a specialty "Film Girlz" mocktail, and take time to recharge in a supportive space. Arrive as you are, and let’s make space for each other.

Colleen Kresoja is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, actor, and filmmaker who discovered Conscious Connected Breathwork in an acting class. Inspired by its powerful connection between body and mind, she trained with Jon Paul Crimi and earned her certification.

For Colleen, breathwork is a way to release tension, find clarity, and quiet the inner critic. Colleen embraces each session as a chance to reconnect, let go, and uncover a more authentic version of ourselves
