GLC Monthly Learning Call - Radical Rest - 18 August 2026 (East)

​Every year we set aside one month to not host a Monthly Learning Call for the community. In the past this has primarily been in July when the ARAT conference was underway. This year we decided to try August when the northern hemisphere summer vacations mean its a slightly slower time of year.

​Last year in July we thought it would be a great opportunity for GLC members to take the time ordinarily set aside for the Monthly Learning Call, and block it out on their calendars for an intentional 'radical rest'.

​So go on, sign up for the call (there will not be an actual call) and use that time for yourself, intentionally, meaningfully - for that online water colour lesson you can never make time for, that book you've been trying to finish, that new coffee place you found that you've not managed to go enjoy a coffee in, a walk with a friend, some yoga/qigong/breath work, a run, or simply having a lie down somewhere you can just listen to the world and let your brain stop having to process information.
