Heartfelt Collective #1: The Human Space in an AI World
AI is changing Talent Acquisition at extraordinary speed.
We have more technology, more data and more automation than ever before. But at the same time, some of the most important questions facing TA leaders today are fundamentally human.
What should we automate – and what should remain human?
How do we use AI without losing judgement, diversity and connection?
And what will truly differentiate great Talent Acquisition in an AI-driven world?
The Human Space in an AI World is a new kind of summit created exclusively for senior in-house Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding leaders across the Nordics.
Inspired by the RL100 Summits and the philosophy behind the Resourcing Leaders community, the ambition is to create something that is currently missing in Denmark: a trusted, senior-level space dedicated entirely to TA, EB and resourcing.
Not another large conference.
Not a day of sitting quietly through presentations.
And not a room filled with vendors.
Instead, we are bringing together 20–25 senior TA and EB leaders for a day of expert perspectives, honest conversations, challenging ideas and peer-to-peer learning.
A summit built around conversation
The speakers are there to start conversations, not finish them.
Every session will be followed by roundtable discussions, fireside conversations or other interactive formats, giving us the opportunity to challenge what we have heard, compare experiences and learn from each other.
The day will operate under "Chatham House Rules", creating a space where we can talk openly about what is working, what isn’t, and the questions we are still trying to answer.
Because some of the most valuable learning doesn’t happen on stage.
It happens between people.

Katrina Collier
You Can’t Automate Being Human
Katrina Collier challenges the idea that AI, or any other tech, for that matter, will create efficient hiring processes. She also believes that humans who know their worth won't stay in cold, tech-led processes. When we know recruiting is more than shuffling people along a conveyor belt, why do we keep throwing technology at a human connection problem, hoping things will change?
Patricia Hyde | Hubert
Who is actually making the decision?
Every organisation using AI in hiring relies on the same safeguard: a human makes the final decision. This session asks whether that holds up under real workloads. Fredrik will make the case that the human in the loop is often ratifying rather than deciding, that no one in the industry has solved this yet, and - that it puts far more weight on the system underneath than most buyers realise. He shares three questions every TA leader should ask their assessment vendor, and what evasion sounds like.
Pil Byriel | Lyser
AI-written job descriptions, diversity and the question we should probably be asking: couldn’t we just use ChatGPT or Claude?
A practical and critical conversation about where specialised AI creates value, where it doesn’t, and what happens when we introduce AI into one of the most influential parts of the candidate journey.
Tom Chesterton & Mark Horley | Tonic
The award-winning Employer Brand agency will bring an EB perspective to the conversation and explore how organisations can remain distinctive and human in a world where AI makes it easier than ever to create more content.
Sara Dalsfelt & Abel Abraham | Adway
Get ready for a spicy Q&A with Sara Dalsfelt and Abel Abraham backed by eight years of social employer brand and job ad data. The kind of questions most teams never get straight answers to:
Which creative attributes drive the highest CTR?
Compare framing styles across LinkedIn and Facebook
What's pulling our CPC up?
What's underperforming in our current job ad library?
Kenneth Bo Jensen | Attune
A conversation about fit, teams and organisations – and how we make better decisions about who will actually thrive and perform together.
Alongside the sessions, there will be a sit-down lunch and plenty of room for the conversations that happen naturally when you bring the right people together.
Who is the summit for?
This is intentionally not an open event.
The summit is designed for senior in-house leaders who:
Own or have significant responsibility for their organisation’s Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding strategy
Have responsibility for, or influence over, TA/EB budgets
Lead teams of TA and/or EB specialists
Want to exchange ideas openly with peers facing similar strategic challenges
To protect the quality of the conversations, participation is limited and the summit is not intended for recruitment agencies, headhunters, RPO providers or technology vendors.
Why join?
There are plenty of conferences where you can hear what other people think the future of Talent Acquisition will look like.
This summit is designed to give you something different:
a seat at the table where senior TA leaders can work it out together.
You will leave with new perspectives, practical ideas and, hopefully, a stronger Nordic network of people you can continue the conversation with long after the day itself.
This is the first "HEARTFELT COLLECTIVE" summit
The Nordic community for senior Talent Acquisition leaders.
The ambition is for it to become the beginning of a Nordic community for senior TA and EB leaders, meeting two to four times a year to explore the challenges shaping our profession.
And because this is the first one, you will have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
Maximum 25 participants. By invitation only.
The summit will be held in English.
