Yoga in High Park
Join us for a beautiful morning yoga session in High Park.
Together, we'll begin with a gentle qigong practice to awaken the body and settle the mind, flow through an accessible yoga sequence, and close with calming pranayama.
This beginner-friendly class is open to all bodies, ages, and experience levels. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're warmly welcome to join us.
Come as you are and enjoy a grounding morning of movement, mindfulness, and community, amidst the calm and beauty of nature.
🌿Bring a yoga mat or a large towel, a water bottle, comfortable clothing with layers, and an open mind and heart:)
