Customs & Chemistry – An Unspoken Mixer
Stop shouting over loud music. Skip the awkward small talk. Find your spark in total silence.
Dating apps are exhausting. Standard mixers—where you ask 15 different people, "So, what do you do for work?"—are even worse. At Amerigone, we know that true chemistry transcends a shared language. Sometimes, the absolute best way to break the ice is to remove spoken words entirely.
Welcome to Customs & Chemistry.
The Rule: No Talking for 60 Minutes
When you arrive at the border, you will receive a "Travel Kit"—a pen and your official "Amerigone Passport." We are turning the entire venue into a massive, real-life multiplayer game. You walk in, grab a drink, and join the game on your phone to get started.
The Experience
You will rotate through a series of rapid-fire matches. But instead of forcing conversation, the game takes the wheel. Your phone will feed you unexpected social challenges and bizarre prompts, and you and your match swap Passports to collaboratively doodle and playfully interrogate each other—all without making a sound.
No pressure to be witty on the spot. We provide the prompts; you just play along.
No boring small talk. Skip the resumes and dive straight into the good stuff.
Total mystery. It’s just you, your match, and a shared challenge.
The Border Opens
After 60 minutes of intense rounds, quiet laughs, and surviving the challenges, the structured play ends. The music gets louder, and the room will instantly explode into conversation. But this time, you won't be starting from scratch. You will already have a dozen inside jokes, shared secrets, and terrible drawings to talk about with the people you connected with most.
After each round, privately mark your favorites on your phone. Check the “Visa Approved” box if you want to stay in touch—whether for a date, a coffee, or just to hang out. If the feeling is mutual, Amerigone will officially connect you the next day.
