About Event

Disputes don’t start in the courtroom. They start with the handshake deal nobody papered, the founder wearing three hats, the agreement signed before the lawyers saw it, or the internal policies you adopted without implementing.

Our panel of seasoned litigators will reveal how today’s structuring and governance shortcuts turn into tomorrow’s disputes, and how best to get ahead of them. Whether you are a founder, advisor, legal counsel or simply interested, we invite you to join us for a light breakfast and heavy insights into the flip side of dealmaking.

Location

SIX Cricket Square, Lloyd Meeting Room (KPMG Building)

Panellists

• Jennifer Fox, Partner, Dispute Resolution, Ogier
• Bryan W. Little, Counsel, Travers Thorp Alberga
• Natasha Partos, Campbells

Moderator

Michael Bacina, Co-founder, NXT Law and Deputy Chair, BACI

Morning schedule

  • 8:00 Light breakfast with coffee, tea and pastries

  • 8:15 Panel begins (please aim to arrive by 8:15)

  • 9:15 Audience Q&A

📍 Parking and shuttle

Due to limited parking in cricket square, we’ve arranged parking at Midtown Plaza, with an on-call, door-to-door shuttle service to SIX Cricket Square, Lloyd Meeting Room (approx. 2–3 minutes each way).

The Cricket Square team will be stationed at Midtown Plaza to welcome our guests and guide them to two air-conditioned shuttles, which will also return you once the panel concludes. We also suggest carpooling where possible to avoid delays on arrival. Parking map: Open in Google Maps

Seats are limited, so please register to help us plan breakfast and shuttle numbers.
