The Litigation Lens: What Corporate Should Know
Disputes don’t start in the courtroom. They start with the handshake deal nobody papered, the founder wearing three hats, the agreement signed before the lawyers saw it, or the internal policies you adopted without implementing.
Our panel of seasoned litigators will reveal how today’s structuring and governance shortcuts turn into tomorrow’s disputes, and how best to get ahead of them. Whether you are a founder, advisor, legal counsel or simply interested, we invite you to join us for a light breakfast and heavy insights into the flip side of dealmaking.
