Entrepreneur Sanctuary Sessions: A Monthly Learning & Restoration

​In a city that rarely stops, the act of reclaiming silence is a radical act of self-care. OnePeopleTO Sanctuary opens its doors to entrepreneurs seeking reset of their nervous system to show up as their best and confident, unshakable selves.

​The Invitation

​The Entrepreneur Sanctuary Sessions are designed for the weary, the over-stimulated, and the seekers.

​For everyone of all genders and ethnicities. This is not a workshop or a social mixer; it is a sacred container to discuss navigating entrepreneurship from an actively anti-racist and Black Care lens, share your work, any current challenges and then a mindful moment before moving forward with your day.

​Guided by Sheena, our founder and Christian, our lead practitioner, you will be ushered into an hour window of "non-doing." Utilizing her expertise in spiritual ceremony, Sheena holds a field of deep energetic support, allowing your body to move from the "fight or flight" of city life into the "rest and digest" state necessary for true healing.

​The Sanctuary Experience

​Each session is crafted to guide you back to your center:

• ​The Threshold: Grab a glass of water or tea and silence your phone.

• ​The Holding: Sheena & Christian will open the session with a brief grounding, followed by a collective distance transmission to clear.

• ​The Silence: The first 20 minutes will be deep, unguided silence. You are invited to journal in the high-vibrational energy of the space.

• ​The Pouring: For the next hour, we discuss and clear current agenda, obstacles, worries, and tension with levity and truth.

• ​The Integration: In the last 10 minutes, we close with a gentle sound bowl, soft bell or pre-selected music to call the spirit back to the present, followed by a grounding tea service.
