​Join us at Hotel Effie in Sandestin, FL for the debut of IDEAL's flagship annual summit: a boutique leadership retreat built for women holding leadership roles across healthcare, from director through executive.

​We're capping the room at 100 executive women, with a deliberate sponsor-to-guest ratio that keeps this an intimate, high-trust gathering built for real conversation.

​Over a day and a half, September 13–14, 2027, with arrival the evening of September 12 for a welcome reception, you'll move through keynotes and faculty panels alongside more hands-on formats: Executive Problem-Solving Labs, where you bring a real organizational challenge to the table, and Leadership Circles, which place you in a small peer group before the Summit and keep meeting long after it ends.
