Decoding the Mother Brain is a neuroscience-backed workshop designed to help mothers understand the cognitive, emotional, and neurological changes that happen during pregnancy and postpartum.
This 60-minute online session will help mothers better understand themselves with more compassion, awareness, and support. Participants will leave with evidence-based strategies to manage overwhelm, improve emotional well-being, and navigate motherhood more confidently.

During this session, we’ll discuss:
How pregnancy and motherhood reshape the brain
The science behind “mom brain,” forgetfulness, and overwhelm
Evidence-based tools to support cognitive and emotional recovery
How to recognize the difference between normal changes and when additional support may be needed

About the Facilitator
Dr. Ananya Mahapatra is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist and AIIMS alumna with over 12 years of experience across leading government and private hospitals.
Her work focuses on women’s mental health, perinatal psychiatry, and the emotional and cognitive transitions that accompany motherhood. She has received multiple national and international recognitions in psychiatry and is deeply passionate about supporting mothers through evidence-based, compassionate care.
If you’ve ever felt like motherhood changed the way you think, feel, focus, or function — this workshop will help you understand why, and how to support yourself better through it.
