Retail Peer Exchange: Business-Critical Sustainability Challenges

​Join Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), The Sustainability Consortium (TSC), and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for a peer learning session during New York Climate Week 2026.

​The session will convene retail sustainability leaders for a candid discussion on how companies can navigate complex climate and business decisions to accelerate decarbonization. Through peer exchange on challenges, lessons learned, and emerging best practices, participants will explore practical strategies for reducing emissions across operations and supply chains.

​This conversation will follow antitrust law compliance guidelines and will be facilitated under Chatham House Rules.

​Based on registrant feedback, we have selected "Integrating climate risk management into facilities, operations, and business planning" as our session topic.

​We look forward to facilitating a discussion on how companies can turn climate risk data into actionable business decisions by engaging cross-functional teams, integrating findings into enterprise decision-making, and developing strategies that reduce risk and increase resilience across operations, assets, and supply chains.
