He's commanded Indian Army troops through the extreme conditions of Siachen, served as a UN Peacekeeper, and gone on to found and lead NATGRID, India's national intelligence grid set up after 26/11. He's since advised leaders at Reliance and Adani Group, carrying his leadership philosophy from the battlefield, into government, and straight into the boardroom. His talks have been watched over 50 million times and used as case studies in leadership forums across the country.
