Rachel (@rachelrecharged) will guide you through a mindful meditation experience transitioning from the sauna to cold plunge to optimize recovery, energize your mind and body, while feeling the support of the community around you. No prior meditation experience needed! Be prepared to feel supported, connected, and recharged.
