Yoga Sound — Yoga and Sound Healing in Miami
I’m so happy to announce our upcoming Yoga Sound Healing class! This one won’t be our usual sound healing session — it’s going to be something new, playful, and energizing. Sometimes it’s good to spice things up a little and step out of our comfort zone😜
Join us for a morning of movement, breath, connection, and reset — bringing the mind, body, and heart into balance through yoga flow, live sound frequencies, and of course a deep relaxation!

This session will be a beautiful collaboration between Steven and me, and we’re really looking forward to sharing it with everyone. Steven is a yoga instructor from NYC, and he’ll be in Miami to guide us through a grounding, heart-opening flow — while I weave in live sound healing as you move.
Expect an uplifting yoga flow with live sound frequencies woven into every movement, followed by an extended shavasana where I would start taking everyone into a deep relaxation with a beautiful sound bath. Dropping into deep rest, integration, and renewal!🍃
We hosted this class together this summer in Aspen, it was pure magic and we had the best outcome— we’re so excited to bring that same energy to everyone here in Miami!
It’s the perfect mid-morning reset to recharge your energy, reconnect with your essence, connect with some amazing people and most importantly close out the month feeling clear and inspired — ready for the holiday season ahead! 🌿

🧘 Bring your yoga mat, and if you’d like — a small blanket or eye pillow for the sound bath.
