​The chart that uncovers an insight is rarely the chart that convinces a leader to act on it. Yet most people analytics professionals are never taught how to design visuals for executive audiences, so we default to the charts we made during analysis (or whatever is in the dashboard). In this session, Morgan Depenbusch breaks down exactly why these charts fall flat with leaders, then shares practical, repeatable techniques for transforming them into leader-ready visuals that make your takeaway impossible to miss.
