In this 6-hour introductory workshop, you'll discover the ancient science of Pranayama and how simple, intentional breathing practices can transform your health, calm your nervous system, and sharpen your mind.
✨ Whether you're brand new to breathwork or deepening an existing practice, this workshop meets you where you are.

❀ Anyone who has been affected by the flu, COVID or other illnesses and needs to recover their respiratory and lung health.

❀ Anyone living with nervous system disorders and psycho-emotional issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression or depressive episodes, sleep disturbances, etc.
❀ Anyone who is healthy and wants to invest in prevention through practices designed to strengthen the respiratory, nervous, and immune systems.
❀ Registered yoga instructors who need continuous education credits with Yoga Alliance.

📚 Foundations: Core concepts of Pranayama: how and why breathwork works, from a physiological and yogic perspective.
🫁 Respiratory Health: Practices to strengthen and open the lungs, improve oxygen efficiency, and support long-term respiratory wellness.
🌙 Anxiety & Insomnia: Techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and quiet a racing mind so you can finally rest. Pranayam for onset or middle of the night insomnia.
⚡ Energy & Focus: Breathwork to ignite vitality and sharpen concentration when you need it most. Pranayam for when you need sustained energy and coffee and sleep are not an option.
Practices include: Yogic breathing · Slow exhalation techniques · Breath retention (Kumbhaka) · Hand gestures (Mudra) · Focused gaze (Drishti) . Use of voice (Mantra)

In association with Kristiana Stoyanova, founder of Systems Change Collective; Family Constellations practitioner since 2019, certified in Shama-Somatic and Business Constellations, and follows the foundational work of Bert Hellinger with ongoing supervision from her teacher and mentor Stefania Ammirata.
