Morning Rise Floating Sound Journey

​           Start the day with a serene floating sound journey. Begin with mindful breathing and gentle stretches, awakening the senses and attuning to your physical body. Then, surrender to the effortless drift as you float as the sound bowls, chimes, and gongs wash over you, blending the healing energy of sound with the gentle element of water to inspire deep relaxation, renewal, and a radiant start to your day.

​Participants are welcome to enter the pool early to acclimate and settle in before the journey begins.
