SPRINT SOCIAL MCR

​Sprint Social is a weekly track session for all abilities in Manchester & Leeds.

​Whether you're running for the train, chasing after your child, or just running late, sprinting is for everybody, and it should be fun.

​COST

​Registering is completely free. You'll need to pay to use the track on the day:

​Manchester is £3.50. You'll need to book your track slot via the Better UK app (Android here).

• ​Search for National Squash Centre/Regional Arena

• ​Select Athletics

• ​Select Athletics Drop In

• ​Then select the correct time slot 19:00-20:00

​Note: the app only allows booking up to 6 days in advance so we'll send all registered attendees a reminder when the slot opens.

​Join our WhatsApp community for session reminders, location updates, and everything in between. We announce runs 1–2 weeks in advance so you always have time to plan.

​By registering for and participating in a Sprint Social Club session, you agree to the following:

​Assumption of Risk I understand that sprinting and track sessions involve physical activity and carry inherent risks. I acknowledge these risks and participate at my own discretion.

​Participant Responsibility I confirm that I am in good physical condition and will follow the guidance of run leaders at all times.

​Liability Sprint Social Club, its organisers, and volunteers accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during events. Participation is entirely at my own risk. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

​Community Standards We reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant who fails to comply with our community standards.
