About Event

Hosted at the Embassy of Switzerland in London, this exclusive round-table discussion will bring together a select group of senior executives, board members, HR and talent leaders, innovation specialists, investors, policymakers and cross-sector decision-makers from both Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

The session will explore the intersection of resilience, ethics, AI, intergenerational leadership and organisational culture — with a particular focus on Gen Z and Gen Alpha, and on how Swiss and UK approaches can complement one another in shaping the future workforce.

Designed as an interactive and facilitated exchange, the discussion will encourage open dialogue, strategic reflection and peer-to-peer insight sharing in a confidential and trusted environment. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute their own perspectives, challenges and experiences while engaging with leaders from across industries including technology, finance, professional services, manufacturing, education and public affairs.

The morning will conclude with a networking reception, offering further opportunities for meaningful conversation and cross-sector connections.
