RCF's 15 Years of Impact in the Global HIV Response
Please join us in celebration the Robert Carr Fund’s 15th Anniversary.
Our event “15 Years of Impact, 15 Years Forward: Strengthening Community-Led Movements in the Global HIV Response,” will bring together global partners, community and youth leaders, and donors to celebrate the impact of inadequately served population-led and -serving global and regional networks on the HIV response, human rights and health equity.
Together we will look back to look forward, reflect on the power of funding global and regional networks, core flexible funding and participatory grantmaking for:
·Deep movement building and long-term systems change
·Enabling resilience in an environment of shifting political priorities, constrained resources, and renewed urgency to reach inadequately served populations (ISPs)
·Sustaining impact, innovation, and community leadership in the global HIV response.
Highlights include:
·Leaders’ perspectives from inadequately served population networks, government, private sector and foundation partners, UNAIDS, the Global Fund and IAS
·Screening of “15 Stories, 15 Voices” – history, impact and meeting the moment
·An intergenerational fireside chat between a global HIV pioneer and a youth‑led movement leader
·Reflections on future financing models and institutional leadership
