Hussam’s Walk and Talk #2
Overview
Hussam’s Walk and Talk is an event designed to bring Toronto techno-creatives together to brainstorm ideas and have thought-provoking conversations—while walking, of course!
How it works
We'll meet at a cafe in Toronto, grab a coffee, and follow a general pre-planned trail for about an hour or two. At the end of the trail, we’ll do a quick lunch that’s optional.
Ground rules
Two-way convos: This isn’t the place to monologue or do a TED talk. The goal is to engage in healthy, two-way conversations with other Walkers.
Come prepared: Prepare a topic or idea you’d like to talk about on the walk; could be around life, work, relationships or anything in-between.
Be curious: Connect with others, exchange ideas, ask questions. This isn’t the place to promote or have transactional relationships.
Be kind: You won’t get along with everyone, and that’s okay, but let’s be cordial and friendly.
Logistics
Once you've been approved for the walk, you'll be added to a Twitter group chat with other participants where the details of the walk (meetup, trail, other participants, etc.) will be disclosed.
