The Architecture of Presence
What if meaning and engagement aren’t things we find, but things we live through the roles we occupy?
In this session, Andriana Ubunuki Kalfa introduces Rolefulness, a concept by Professor Daiki Kato, brought into Western thinking by Nickolas Kemp. It explores how clear, valued roles strengthen engagement, while unclear or conflicting roles lead to disengagement.
You’ll reflect on how roles shape identity, contribution, and resilience, in both personal and professional life. The experience also includes a guided sensory pause with Melina Mesimeri to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Join us for a meaningful and grounding journey into how purpose naturally emerges through the roles we live.
