​In this session, Andriana Ubunuki Kalfa introduces Rolefulness, a concept by Professor Daiki Kato, brought into Western thinking by Nickolas Kemp. It explores how clear, valued roles strengthen engagement, while unclear or conflicting roles lead to disengagement.

​You’ll reflect on how roles shape identity, contribution, and resilience, in both personal and professional life. The experience also includes a guided sensory pause with Melina Mesimeri to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
