The Ladder Community Social

​Join Chicago Innovation at The Hatchery for a community mixer hosted by The Ladder, a program for Black and Latine innovators. This event is a chance to meet and mingle with other black and Latine innovators and professionals while enjoying food from BIPOC businesses working out of The Hatchery. This event is for anybody who is seeking community and belonging in Chicago.

​Participants will leave with new contacts and even a prize - we will be raffling off a yearly membership to Chicago Innovation, and $200 of Boka restaurant Group gift cards. We'll also have facilitated networking games to help people get to know one another .

​Entrepreneurs and professionals alike are welcome. Industries represented are large corporations, manufacturing, finance, consulting, food and beverage, non-profit, government, sports, and more. We are all united by the desire to support Black and Latine people and build a community that uplifts one another at every rung of the ladder. Whether you are interested in being a mentor or mentee, or even just seeing what this community is all about - we'd love to see you there!
