A Bit About Your Facilitator

Hi! I'm Anuradha (Uh - n uu - r aa - dh aa).

I'm the founder and strategist of The Kowtha Constellation. I’m an Accessibility Strategist dedicated to helping organizations create psychologically safe environments that foster innovation, joy, and liberation - moving towards a Post Capitalist Workplace and Sow Post Capitalist Seeds for a different future. The goal is to re-humanize systems into delightful and relational spaces where both people and businesses thrive.

I truly feel this next 5-10 years is PIVOTAL in resistance and building towards something new. The far right death cult based in Christian supremacy is banking on the end of the world and the rich are trying to capitalize on every single thing till that moment (in fact they are hastening its arrival).

It is CRUCIAL that we build the skills we need to do liberatory work whether that be through mutual aid, care work, survival, education, and activism. What we are facing now won't go away on its own! As the structures crumble, we need to be willing to build new, defend what we hold most dear, and resist the age of monsters and the ultra rich.

Let's do this together - linking arms in solidarity.

One Last Thing...

We look to people around the world working and fighting to build participatory and liberated communities. We center the voices of people marginalized by global systems of supremacy: Black, Indigenous, and people of color, people who are queer, trans, impoverished, undocumented, disabled, neurodivergent, fat, and sex workers who are fighting for the rights of all.

If you share this world view, we welcome you to join us for the Cultivating Liberation Workshop.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

4. FAQ

Q: Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for people who:

  • Feel the harms of capitalism, colonialism, ableism, and cis‑hetero patriarchy

  • Want to contribute to collective liberation, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start

  • Are interested in aligning their capacity, values, and skills with meaningful action
You don’t need prior theory or activist experience; curiosity and willingness to reflect are enough.

Q: What will we actually do in the 90 minutes?
We’ll move through three parts:

  1. Your Post‑Capitalist Curriculum – clarifying your motivation, current goals, and what you need to learn/unlearn.

  2. Your Post‑Capitalist Blueprint – exploring how your experiences, learning style, nervous system, and accountability style shape how you show up.

  3. Your Post-Capitalist Action Plan – naming low‑pressure, concrete next steps and longer‑term directions for your liberation work.

You’ll be guided through reflection prompts that you can write into the workbook or your own notebook.

Q: Do I need to know a lot about capitalism or social justice to join?
No. We assume we are all living inside a capitalist, colonial, ableist, cis‑hetero‑patriarchal system, and we start from there. You’ll be invited to work with your own definitions, experiences, and questions, and given frameworks and language you can build on.

Q: What do I get with my registration?

  • Live access to the 90‑minute workshop

  • A fillable workbook with reflection questions and exercises

  • Replay access (recording + transcript)

  • Practical prompts you can revisit over time as your context and capacity change

  • Optional (depending on the host) - a 15 minute 1:1 with Anuradha

Q: Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The teaching portions will be recorded. Some personal sharing and Q&A segments may be paused/not included in the replay to protect participants’ privacy. Registered participants will receive a link to the replay and transcript.

Q: Is this accessible?
Hosts can customize this, but suggested baseline:

  • The workshop includes visual slides and verbal descriptions, in line with Anuradha’s access praxis.

  • We aim to provide automatic captions and a transcript with the replay.

  • You’re welcome to move, take breaks, eat/drink, share as you would like (or not), or be off camera as needed – this is an autonomy‑respecting, needs‑honouring space.
For additional access needs, please contact us.

Q: Will there be space for questions or interaction?
Yes. There will be opportunities to:

  • Reflect in writing

  • Share in the chat

  • (Depending on host setup) briefly share reflections or ask questions toward the end
Some Q&A may be off‑record to allow for more vulnerable questions.

Q: Is this therapy or crisis support?
No. This is an educational and reflective workshop, not therapy, counseling, or crisis support. We’ll touch on topics like trauma, burnout, and nervous systems in a gentle, invitational way. Please take care of your needs during and after the workshop, and seek appropriate professional support where needed.

Q: Will there be opportunities to go deeper after this workshop?
Yes. Anuradha facilitates a longer program, Sowing Post‑Capitalist Seeds, and occasionally offers related workshops (e.g., tending relationships and repair, community‑building, burnout under capitalism). Information about ongoing opportunities will be shared at the end of the workshop and in the follow‑up email.
