Begin the evening with a guided breathwork session led by Toronto breathwork facilitator Jeyda Deyna. Slow down, reconnect, and create space for clarity and focus.

​7:30 – 9:00 PM | Intentional Work Session
Transition into a focused deep work session inside The Igloo, our coworking space. Set an intention, receive support from the community, and spend 90 minutes making meaningful progress on what matters most.
