Join Anna, community builder and founder of Soft Landing Budapest, Zsófi, the expat psychologist behind PsyCurious and Psynema for an evening built for anyone who's ever felt slightly foreign in two places at once.

At this discussion and self-awareness workshop for international women, we'll get into confidence, self-worth, impostor syndrome, boundaries, and the subtle ways living between cultures rewires how you see yourself - through real stories, open conversation, a psychological lens, and a few prompts and exercises that'll have you thinking differently by the end of the night.
What to expect
We’ll start with a conversation between Anna, Zsófi and Ditte, bringing together personal experience, community stories and a psychological perspective on what happens to us when we build a life away from home.
From there, there’ll be space to reflect on your own experience and connect with others through gently guided conversations and prompts. Enough structure to make talking to new people easier, with plenty of room for the conversation to go where it needs to.
No preparation needed, and you absolutely don’t need to come with someone you know.
If you’re trying to make sense of a life split between cultures, languages and places - perhaps you’re an international living in Hungary, or a Hungarian who has recently returned - we’d love to have you.
Come curious. Leave with a few new ways of looking at your experience - and a few new connections with people who simply get it.
