​About the speaker:

​Ouafa Rian is one of the first Kaospilot graduates and a longtime, much-appreciated lecturer at the school. She leads change and transformation with heart and courage, specialising in digitalisation, complexity, and cultural awareness.

​Currently HR Director, Group Operations at Grundfos and in parallel an independent consultant, she has a track record of spotting talent and building high-performing, forward-thinking teams.

​A self-described "cultural hacker," her expertise spans leadership in living systems, HR, facilitation, and digital transformation. She has also served as Process Navigator at Bang & Olufsen, Owner of Learning Fields Un-Ltd, and CEO of Gunbak-Knowledge, a public affairs and communications firm.
