Join us in the cozy Skeleton Dojo Lounge for Living Room Pilates, led by your favorite chubby enthusiastic instructor Caitlin Steitzer from Good Practice Therapy! It's called Living Room Pilates because the vibe is like a slumber party in your friend's 70s inspired living room.
Everyone is welcome for this laid-back pilates class focusing on beginner techniques. Feel your body! Strengthen your muscles! Center your mind! Enjoy the custom playlist! Come and just lay down if you feel like it! All skill levels welcome, happening every Sunday morning.
Public event, donations appreciated ($10-25 suggested, but no one turned away), walk ins welcome, RSVPs encouraged.

Skeleton Dojo is located in the Lower Level Office Suites of the Lafayette Lofts & Church building on Elmwood. Enter through the big red doors to the right of the small playground, go downstairs, go right and continue following signs to find the space.
