Fall Collective Roundtable
The Fall Roundtable brings together members of the Collective to align on our shared mission: strengthening the Swiss economy by improving the structural and cultural conditions for women in entrepreneurship. Together, we work to ensure that women founders succeed through access to networks, know-how, and investment.
Roundtable Focus & Agenda
We will start the roundtable session with a short introduction and welcome, after which we will work together in dedicated groups on key topics for 1.5 hours, with a facilitator for each group:
Learning What Works: Improving Education & Acceleration for Female Founders
From Angel Checks to Fund Terms: Building the Female Investor Pipeline
Impact in Action: How to Measure, Report & Communicate Success of Female Founders
Changing the System: Policy Reforms and Male Allies for Women Entrepreneurs
Each group will identify opportunities for collaboration, learn from each other and define measures for action 25/26.
We are open for other topics, please indicate your ideas and preference in the sign up.
After the workshop, we will conclude with a joint wrap-up, an outlook toward 2026, and a networking apéro.
