Ditch the traditional "Lunch & Learn" for a "Lunch & Write" journaling session, focused on exploring grief* and loss.
🪩 December's theme is Endings & Beginnings: on the precipice of a new year, we'll take some time to reflect on the chapters that have been closed, opened, and left unfinished 🗓️
Together we will create, connect, and return to work feeling lighter and less alone.
Session flow:
💨 Open with a collective moment to name & honor the grief in the room
🧘🏻♀️ Ground with a guided meditation around the theme of the month
📝 Move into guided journal prompts and writing exercise
🙋♀️ End with an optional sharing circle and closing meditation
Bring something to write on, and something to write with. Pens, markers, crayons, paints... all are welcome. No prior journaling experience required.
