Every Wednesday, we gather as a community and head to the Heart of the City Farmers’ Market at UN Plaza (11am), a large independent, non-profit farmers market supporting local growers and fresh food access.
After sourcing fresh ingredients together, we return to the Tower to use our community juicer and make fresh juice shots as a group. This weekly ritual is about stepping away from screens, reconnecting with your body, and resetting your energy before getting back to work.
