Foundations of Presence Training
Foundations of Presence is a live and in-person event for 2 days here in Medellin, Colombia. Through this training, you will:
Learn how to show up more present and be more fully available in your relationships
Deepen in your embodiment and capacity to be with what is
Develop your capacities to listen deeply
Grow in your capacity to ask powerful questions, hold a spacious and healing presence, and support the people you love to open and unfold with greater ease and skillfulness
This Foundations of Presence training is for anyone who cares deeply and wants to show up better in life and in relationships. Whether you are a friend, lover, parent, colleague, practitioner, facilitator, healer, coach, and/or teacher, this training will benefit you.

The Schedule
Saturday | Day One
9:00am — Arrive and settle in. Make a tea or cup of coffee. Meditate for a few minutes before we get started. Make a friend.
10:00am – 1:00pm — Session 1
1:00pm – 2:30pm — Lunch, relaxation, and decompression. Great time for a short siesta.
2:30pm – 4:30pm — Session 2
4:30pm – 7:00pm — Session 3
Sunday | Day Two
9:00am — Arrive and settle in. Connect with your intention for day 2. Deepen with your new friends. Relax into the space.
10:00am – 11:00am — Opening Circle. Group reflections and intentions for the day.
11:00am – 1:00pm — Session 4
1:00pm – 2:30pm — Lunch, relaxation, and integration. Great time for another siesta.
2:30pm – 5:00pm — Session 5
5:00pm – 7:00pm — Closing Ceremony: Acknowledgements, celebrations, next steps

Forrest Wilson is the Founder of Luminous Labs and Our Emerging Future, a global community reimagining what human beings are capable of. He has been designing and facilitating transformational spaces for almost a decade.
