Ten months ago I had a pencil sketch that didn't look like anything and a dream of building a homewares brand that I would fall in love with as a consumer.

This session is about what came after: filling in blanks I had no answers for. Briefing factories when I couldn't explain what I wanted. Approving a sample I couldn't take back. Coordinating an artist, a packaging designer and a manufacturer who all had their own timelines and none of whom worked for me.
