Circadian Sleep Routines for Families
If you are struggling with getting your little ones (or yourself) to wind down at night and you feel like bedtime is always a battle, this event is for you.
The normal routines aren’t working anymore and it’s not your fault.
The world has changed and the routines we grew up with aren’t working for our children the way they did for us when we were little.
I’ll teach you how to make sleep pressure line up perfectly with circadian rhythms—in the modern busy artificially backlit world—so that your children (or yourself) are begging for naps and bedtime when they come around.
True story: once the sun gets low enough on the horizon, it is often my children are asking me if it’s time for bed yet (not the other way around).
I’ll share why we replaced bedtime stories with lullabies in my family, how I use nursery rhymes as wake up cues, and also teach you some of my go-to lullabies and rhymes and how I learn new ones.
You don’t have to be a trained singer for your children to love your voice!
My husband is a professional musician who insisted I sing to all our children from an early age (even while they are in the womb), and insists his love of music began because his mom taught herself to play guitar while she was pregnant with him.
Here’s the only technique that truly matters: filling your voice with joy, and singing because it pleases you!
What I’ll teach you about your voice, sleep routines vs sleep pressure, and connection to circadian rhythms will surely deepen your connection with your children and enjoyment of all your sleep routines.
I am so excited for this fun and practical session.
See you there!
