Mae'r digwyddiad hwn, sydd wedi'i ysbrydoli gan y Tasglu Menywod mewn Technoleg ac Adroddiad Lovelace, yn dwyn ynghyd sylfaenwyr, y rheini sy’n gwneud penderfyniadau, gweithredwyr, eiriolwyr a chynghreiriaid o'r sector preifat, y sector cyhoeddus a'r byd academaidd.
Er bod y ffocws ar Fenywod mewn STEM, mae'r digwyddiad hwn ar gyfer pawb. Mae newid go iawn yn gofyn am gyfrifoldeb ar y cyd.
Rhan 1: Gosod y cyd-destun
Byddwn yn agor gyda mewnwelediadau gan sylfaenwyr ac uwch leisiau ar y dirwedd economaidd a'r gweithlu presennol, gan amlinellu graddfa'r her a pham mae angen gweithredu nawr.
Part 2: Menywod mewn STEM – arweinyddiaeth, cadw a thwf
Bydd prif anerchiadau a thrafodaethau panel gyda menywod sy'n arwain busnesau STEM yn archwilio:
Pam mae menywod yn gadael technoleg a sut rydyn ni'n eu cadw
Goresgyn rhagfarn a datblygu arweinwyr hyderus, effeithiol
Yr hyn sydd ei angen ar fenywod sy'n wahanol, a beth sy'n rhaid newid
Y cyfle gwerth £2–3.5 biliwn i gadw menywod mewn technoleg
Sut y gall Cymru ymateb wrth i DA gyflymu'r galw am sgiliau
Rhan 3: DA yn ymarferol
Roedd sesiwn ymarferol yn canolbwyntio ar:
Chwalu’r camdybiaethau am DA, a'r hyn y mae'n ei olygu i fusnesau mewn gwirionedd
Mabwysiadu DA diogel a chyfrifol
Mapiau ffordd DA nodweddiadol ar gyfer sefydliadau
Sut mae arweinwyr yn gyrru ymrwymiad ac yn dewis yr offer cywir
Sicrhau nad yw pobl a busnesau yn cael eu gadael ar ôl
Rhan 4: Expo a chynllunio camau gweithredu
Sesiwn ryngweithiol, arddull expo, lle mae mynychwyr yn cysylltu â sefydliadau sy'n gweithio yn y gofod hwn, ac yn cyfrannu at gynllun gweithredu ymarferol a rennir.
Mae'r newid yn dechrau ar 5 Chwefror, welwn ni chi yno.
