What happens
A class with Mais from Shimis (the people behind the amazing yoga studio in Al Serkal!). Wear something you can stretch in. We supply the mats but feel free to bring your own.
A walk through our Al Barsha clinic. You'll see the consultation rooms, our own lab, the scan rooms and the gym.
A free hormonal health top-up when you book a Metabolic Baseline.
