Move Smarter, Live Longer — an evening of longevity, health, connection
About this event
Spring doesn’t ask. It acts.
Your body shifts — your energy, recovery, and rhythms are already adapting. Most people ignore it.
Solstice is for the ones who notice.
We are a Berlin-based community exploring longevity through evidence-driven health, movement, and human performance. Each edition revolves around one question — this spring:
How can sport, movement, and recovery practices help us live longer, perform better, and feel more alive?
We focus on practical science you can feel, experiment with, and carry into your daily life.
Why this room is different
Most health or wellness events in Berlin fall into familiar patterns:
Passive listening
Shallow networking
Trend-driven discussions
Solstice is different.
One theme. One story. One room.
No panels. No spectators.
Curated guests — people who contribute, not just attend
Science translated into actions you’ll try immediately
This is not a talk. It’s a designed experience.
The evening
Join Sport & Exercise Medicine Expert: Kirill Kozlov, PHD in Sports Science, HAGIUS coach and expert in human performance, as he reveals why muscle is one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging.
We’ll cover
The key types of strength,
How to train them effectively,
Most common mistakes to avoid.
How to stay consistent without burning out.
The talk ends with an open question — designed to spark conversation during networking.
What you’ll experience
One focused expert talk (20–25 min)
Guided introductions — you’ll meet people meaningfully
Direct access to the expert — informal, no stage barrier
Commitment ritual — one action you’ll implement this week
